Pran RFL is the new distributor of TVS Motorcycles in Bangladesh
TVS Motor Company's distribution agreement with TVS Automobile Bangladesh Limited expired on September 30, 2025 and was not renewed. The new distribution agreement started with Pran RFL Company from October 1, 2025.
Recently, Pran RFL held discussions with several old dealers of TVS Bangladesh across the country. As a result, the involvement of Pran RFL and TVS has been known. In the meantime, several marginal employees of TVS Automobile Bangladesh Limited have been laid off for several months. Finally, in an employee meeting in October, it was announced that TVS will market Pran RFL from now on. However, Pran RFL has not released any official statement about this so far.
